Please note that the order, purchase, booking and reservation of our products and services are subject to the following terms and conditions AND other terms imposed by our supplier(s) from time to time ("Supplier Terms").

 

By affecting a booking through these websites, you agree to be bound by Chefutensile.com's Conditions of Purchase and the Supplier Terms.

The rates quoted in respect of the products or services are subject to change without notice.

 

2.†† Payment

Payment may be made by online or offline settlement mode. You must make payment for the product or service IN FULL in the manner specified for your choice of mode by the indicated cut-off date (where applicable). The "cut-off date" varies for each product or service. If you fail to make full payment by the cut off date, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

 

3.†† Currency

You may make payment in any one of the currencies supported on these websites. The applicable exchange rates of the supported currencies shall be determined at the sole discretion of Chefutensile.com from time to time. The exchange rates so notified shall be final and is not negotiable.

 

4.†† No Liability

5.†† Force Majeure

Neither Chefutensile.com nor the supplier shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the order, purchase, booking or reservation in respect of the product or service due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

 

6.†† Specific Terms Ė Products & Services

The following terms are applicable to the order, purchase, booking or reservation of products and services:

 

Processing Fee

 

i) shall be off-set from your payment for the product or service in the following circumstances:

-         your request is confirmed; or

-         the alternative product or service proposed by Chefutensile.com is accepted by you.

 

ii) is non-refundable in the following circumstances:

-         you cancel your order, purchase, booking or reservation;

-         the request is not available; or

-         the alternative product or service proposed by Chefutensile.com or supplier is rejected or otherwise not accepted by you.

 

All processing fees accumulated in respect of a reference number may be off-set from your payment in respect of that reference number only. Such fees may NOT be off-set from your payment in respect of other reference numbers.

On Request

Where you request a product or service which is subject to confirmation, you irrevocably authorise Chefutensile.com to automatically charge your credit card upon receipt of confirmation from the supplier of the product or service at the quoted rate. Chefutensile.com will not automatically charge your credit card where there is a change in the rates quoted.

 

Non-Availability

All products and services offered on these websites are subject to availability and acceptance, at the discretion of the supplier of such product or service.

 

In the event a product or service booked by you is not available, Chefutensile.comís Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.

 

Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

 

If you fail to accept our suggested alternative product or service by the specified deadline, we reserve our right to cancel our tentative booking of the same.

 

7.†† Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by Chefutensile.com in the following circumstances:

 

i) the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or

 

ii) you cancel your booking within the time period stipulated in our cancellation period where refunds are available (the "Cancellation Period").

 

Refunds shall be made:

- in the case where a product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you, IN FULL in such manner as Chefutensile.com may determine at its discretion;

- in the case of a cancellation, ONLY in the form of Credit Points which shall be credited to the member's account. The amount refunded is dependent on the policies of the supplier/Chefutensile.com. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge.

  

8.†† Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please send an email to support@Chefutensile.com OR call 1-300-800-000 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is DOA (Dead on Arrival).

 

If our Technical Support determines that a returned product is not DOA, we will apply our standard product warranty to the product. Further, if we determine that you have misrepresented a returned productís condition and that the product is not DOA, we may impose handling fee that incurred.

 

Please note that Chefutensile.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

 

 

For an order, purchase, booking or reservation, who wishes to cancel, fees are not normally refunded. In all cases, any other debt owing to us will be subtracted from any refund of fees. We reserves the right, at the discretion of the Director, Administrative Services, to make an administrative charge against any refund in order to cover any costs associated with making the refund.

 

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.
